Coffee is one of the most consumed beverages in the world, but for many years the effects on health have been disputed by the medical community. In recent years though, modern research has provided insightful information about the possible health benefits of coffee consumption and proven the myths surrounding negative coffee effects on health wrong. Most scientific studies suggest that adults who consume a moderate amount of coffee (three to four cups per day), there is very little evidence of health risks but evidence of health benefits.
