A bit strong compared to some of the other beans I have been sampling.

Fantastic Coffee

I love the beautiful flavors and freshness of this coffee. It was a true delight brewing this over the last few days. Only downside: it goes fast since it's so delicious - I need to order more right now.

Solid choice for cold brew

This was a good recommendation from the Tico team. I tried this and Brazil Cachoeira. I can't compare it to Cachoeira since I tried this first. I really like it. Very low acidity and strong bold flavors yet not bitter. I use it for cold brew. May buy again!
