Ethiopia Yirgacheffe Natural
black cherry, berries, pineapple, peaches
The cooperatives for this Yirgacheffe coffee are in the far south of the Yirgacheffe region near Banko Gotiti and Worka. In 2015, the Yirgacheffe Union started to operate their own private dry milling facility. This allowed them for much higher milling standards to be achieved. All of the coffee they are processing comes from a specific small group of cooperatives in the Gedeb region, and is certified Organic and Fair Trade.

Haven't had a bad order from Taco yet, and this one in particular was exquisite. They seem to always deliver the best products on the market
Perfect balance between fruit and sandalwood flavors and acidity. A very impressive and smooth drink... not burnt flavor in this coffee... perfectly roasted
