This very special Peruvian coffee comes to us from Roxana Rangel Granda who owns Finca Rayo el Sol in the Cajamarca region. Her farm has been cultivated since 2013, thanks to the support of her family she has been able to dedicate herself to specialty coffee and always achieves the best cupping scores in Peru.
This special lot has been a winner in the Cup of Excellence in Peru in 2018 and shows the outstanding dedication that Roxana puts in her coffee. And this 2019 harvest stands at the same level as the CoE winning coffee and brings amazing flavors combined with a great complexity to the cup.

Profile
The Cup: This outstanding coffee from Peru shows with a complex structure having flavors of chocolate, black currant, passion fruit and molasses and some balanced acidity of green grapes and a hint of lime. The aroma on the nose if very floral with smells of orange blossom, jasmine and roses.

Love both blends. Everything is better than described
This was the first time I have ordered a Peruvian roast. The flavor is full but mild and smooth. Can detect some sweetness, but not overly so. Will probably purchase again in the future.
I love Tico coffees and am a huge fan of Santa Lucia. But this is the most delicious coffee I have had. Wonderful - from the beautiful aroma when you grind the beans, to the lovely taste. Really excellent.
