Thank you for visiting and shopping at Tico Coffee Roasters. Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.
Domestic Shipping Policy
Shipment processing time
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
Shipping rates & delivery estimates
Shipping charges and delivery time estimates for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout and depend on the shipping carrier chosen. We ship with FedEx, UPS or USPS. Delivery delays can occasionally occur.
Shipment to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses
Tico Coffee Roasters ships to addresses within the U.S., U.S. Territories, and APO/FPO/DPO addresses.
Shipment confirmation & Order tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
Customs, Duties and Taxes
Tico Coffee Roasters is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
Damages
Tico Coffee Roasters is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.
Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
In-store pickup
You can skip the shipping fees with free local pickup at our Roastery at 1334 Dell Ave, Ste. G, Campbell CA 95008. After placing your order and selecting local pickup at checkout, your order will be prepared and ready for pick up within one business day. We will send you an email when your order is ready along with instructions.
Our in-store pickup hours are 8 am to 2 pm on Weekdays (Monday to Friday). Please have your order confirmation email with you when you come.

How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 24 to 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within 14 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at support@ticoroasters.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
Refunds, returns, and exchanges
We accept returns up to 30 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return.
In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at support@ticoroasters.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
