Coronavirus (COVID-19) Update

WITH THE INTENTION OF PROTECTING OUR CUSTOMERS AND OUR STAFF DURING THE CORONAVIRUS (COVID-19) OUTBREAK WE HAVE ADJUSTED OUR IN-STORE AND MOBILE CAFE POLICIES

  • We are temporarily suspending the use of personal reusable cups and will be serving drinks only in single serve paper or plastic cups.
  • Increasing the frequency of sanitizing our cafe as well as our roasting and packing operation (surfaces, cash register, handles, …).
  • We have moved all cream, napkins and sugar to the barista side, so only the Baristas are touching them. Please ask your Barista to pour them for you or hand them to you.
  • We are encouraging contactless payment if you can use it.
  • Our staff is encouraged to use their sick leave to stay home when they are sick. We do not require a doctors note and we give sick leave to all employees.
  • We are now offering a $5 Flat Rate Shipping on all Coffee and Tea Orders and offer Free Shipping for all Coffee and Tea Orders over $35 within the Continental United States.
