Did you ever wonder how to pull the perfect shot of espresso? Our Introduction to Espresso Workshop covers the theory and the skills to produce a perfectly extracted shot. In the 90-minute class, you will learn how to safely and successfully operate an espresso machine and grinder, dial in a shot of espresso, and clean and maintain the equipment. You will have the chance to work on the same equipment that we use in our cafe and for our catering events.
This is a one-on-one class and every participant will use a dedicated Espresso Machine and have a dedicated professional barista. All materials are included and students are welcome to take photos and write down notes throughout the class.
