Tico’s Rialto espresso blend delivers a rich flavor that reminds me of being in a caffè in Italy. It’s full-bodied and smooth enough to drink straight, but it also makes outstanding milk drinks. This is the first time my cappuccino at home has matched the flavor of my favorite caffè in Turin.

Probably not again.

Prepared as espresso. Beans were fresh and roasted perfectly and evenly. But when compared to Tico Roasters other offerings this selection seems to lack any discernable flavor profile. I get a slight whiff of tobacco and molasses on the nose but they disappear on the pallet. When compared to other roasters' "espresso" blends, Tico definitely comes away with a cleaner taste -- none of the smokiness or acridness is there -- but not much else. Probably won't try again.

Great!

Love trying new, interesting coffees ... I consistently come back to Central American beans, and I appreciate that Tico Coffee provides beans sourced from specific farms/regions (not unspecified blends) and freshly roasts them (not on store shelves for months)!! It's worth it to pay a little extra for something i drink every day!
