Profile
Finca San Luis has caramel, chocolate, orange and lemon flavors; it is sweet with a long lasting aftertaste and has a smooth mouthfeel.
La Minita has opulent fruit and fine acidity in complete harmony. Delicate body with long finish. Layered flavors. All in balance and with no impurities to detract from its enjoyment.
Santa Maria de Dota has honey and slight citrus notes on the nose and a taste of sugar cane, chocolate, hazelnuts and vanilla combined with the soft acidity of lemons.

A thoroughly pleasurable set of coffees from Tarrazu. Each one of these coffees brings something different to the table. The Minita is more subtle and All of these were brewed using an Oxo 8-cup. While I liked them them all quite a bit, perhaps my slight favorite was the Santa Maria De Dota for a nice rounded flavor profile although it doesn't linger as long as the other two. You can't go wrong with any or all of these!
